2. Are we selling original laptops and notebooks in Malaysia? Are they new?

There is no fake laptops in the market anyway… :) We are a legal business and we have a shop. Our laptops are direct from our supplier who represents those manufacturers. All our laptops comes with warranty by the manufacturer themselves. Thus, you can be rest assured they are all 100% Original Laptops and Notebooks. Nearly all laptops and notebooks published and offered in our website are NEW. If we are going to sell any 2nd hand laptop or notebook in our website, we will make sure we mention it clearly and you will notice a huge price difference than a new one.

3. Do we have any sales agents representing ITHypermart or this website?

NO. Only Melvin with the phone number, 012-694 6848, is handling the website sales and enquiry. And only ithypermart@gmail.com can send you emails regarding our website products. If any other person name, phone number or email try to sell you laptops or notebooks using our website name, please let us know and be careful. There are people out there pretending to be our agent to cheat your money.

5. How to order or buy the cheapest laptops and notebooks from ITHypermart?

- Call or SMS Melvin at 012 - 694 6848 to order before come to shop.
- You can select either to collect it at our shop, or arrange to have the laptops or notebooks delivered direct to you by courier after you bank in money to our company bank account.
If you bank in and require delivery to certain area in KL and Selangor, some of the places can have free delivery. Please call Melvin for more details.

6. Which area is FREE DELIVERY for laptops and notebooks in Malaysia?

After you place an order using the website, you will need to bank in to our bank account. After bank in, we offer FREE DELIVERY to a few places. At the moment, we will give free delivery to Sungei Wang, Low Yatt, Times Square, Subang Parade, Klang Parade, the whole of Setia Alam and Dataran Prima in PJ. However, the delivery time is depending on our availability to deliver and at a maximum of 2 days after your payment.

7. How long courier will take to send laptops and notebooks?

If you are in Semenanjung, it will be within a day or two after we deliver. As for Sabah & Sarawak, maximum 4-5 days.

8. Do we do International Orders for laptops and notebooks?

YES! For International Orders, you will need to send us a mail to ithypermart@gmail.com. We will reply you with our bank details and total payment including delivery fees to you in your country. You will then required to Telegraphic Transfer the payment to our Malaysia bank account.
